We've all endured winter birthdays bundled up in layers, but not this time. If your birthday falls between November 1st and April 1st you're invited to escape the cold and revel in the warmth of Puerto Vallarta. If you've experienced a 50/50 chance of wearing a snowsuit on Halloween or Easter Sundays, expand that to include October and April birthdays as well. Let's turn these months into tropical celebrations!
